BUT

much harder to answer

A "simple approach" might be to say Robert Anton is an "artist"

but then ----- that is somewhat like suggesting

a "rose" is a "flower".

However -- should you be a "seeker of truth"

a bit more information will now be

provided in the following

historical "views"

of ANTON

art.

At this point the presentation becomes difficult

as one "story" begins in Viet Nam while

another begins a bit later at the

Los Altos Apartment Hotel

on Wilshire Boulevard

in Los Angeles

California

SO -- let's get the Viet Nam "story" started here -- and leave the Los Altos story

to be told later in another section of this Website which offers a much

more appropriate setting for the dual story of the

"doodler" and the "scribbler" who

brought AHLEC into

existence in

1970

Viet Nam

The only surviving art predating Robert W. Anton's

"immersion into the flow" that coalesced

into AHLEC's Journey

are several of the charcoal sketches he produced

as a "combat artist" in Viet Nam.
