Man's "Role"..
Man's role on Earth will never be
as "owner" or as "master";
The sun, the breeze, the sky, the seas,
were here ----- and will be after.
Except for "parasitic" loss
through lack of moderation,
Those things of value Man has now
could last for generations.
IF commensal entities we would be
who care about the future,
What term describes how we should act
as we play our part with Nature ?
An "answer" to that question,
(or the one that WE like best),
IS ----- to act as though we're here on Earth
in the "role" of Nature's "guest".
Question:
Would it be "reasonable" to also suggest that
the most welcome "guest" is a
considerate guest ?
