As stated in the S.U.A.B.C "rationale", if EVERYONE would make -- and keep --

a personal "commitment" to be "part of the solution" -----

there would be NO "problem" -----

relative to

"substance abuse".

ONE "objective" of S U A B C -- regarding "SUbstance ABuse Control" --

is, simply, to convert this "rationale" into "reality".

To reach this objective, S U A B C introduces three "vital elements" which are

noticeable by their, collective, absence in Man's previous efforts to resolve

the problem of alcohol and drug abuse in our society.

These "elements" are (in capsule form):

	Leadership by Example ----- where the "example" can be emulated by
	every man, woman and child -- quickly -- effectively -- and immediately.

	Symbolic Unification ----- where a single, unique, Special Person Symbol
	is used to identify those who have become "part of the solution"; and,

	Peer-Level Motivation ----- where becoming "part of the solution" enhances
	each participant's, personal, sense of well-being through the creation of a
	"sense of belonging".
