A H L E C
(A  Happy Little Ego-Cube)

 as a Special Person Symbol.....

BS-RHA-160-NE1.png    HI ...   BS-LHA-160-NW1.png

My Name is AHLEC -- and, in this image of ME,

I'm "happy" -- as each Special Person should be!

One of my tasks is to let people know

Just how "special" YOU are ----- (wherever WE go).

The little "rhyme", above, is a "teaching-learning tool".
It is used to introduce "children" (of all ages) to the
concept that -- relative to one's "creative potential"..

every person in the world is unique ----- and, that
every person is, therefore, "special".

However, rather than emphasizing superficial "differences" --
(by means of which people separate themselves from others) --
AHLEC demonstrates symbolically that -- in essence --

all "persons" are the same.

On the surface, AHLEC may "appear" to be a fairly
simple art-form in that it is merely (?) "a little cube with a smiling face".

 YET -----

IF turned upside-down, this "little cube" will "frown".

and if REALLY "angry"...

That simple (?) characteristic lets AHLEC help a person to say -- non-verbally --
to the world-at-large:

"Look at ME ! ----- I am a Special Person !!    (just like you )"

"I can be happy;  or, I can be sad ----- (just like you)"

"I can be glad;  or, I can be mad ----- (just like you)"

[ Children are, often, quite surprised to discover that parents -- teachers --
and other adults -- are Special Persons too. ]

While AHLEC -- as a Special Person Symbol -- is simple enough to delight children (of all ages),
this art-form is also complex enough to enchant (and challenge) even the most sophisticated,
thoughtful, adult ----- because AHLEC effectively symbolizes the "essence" of Creative Man.

Specifically ----- AHLEC's "shape" consists of nine basic "lines", symbolizing
nine basic "commonalities of specialness" to be found in every
human being ---- in spite of individual "differences".

Brought together in a certain manner, these nine lines form
a 2-dimensional image of a 3-dimensional object ----- (a "cube").

Six "outside lines" symbolize six basic, "universal", elements which define the "essence"
of each (and EVERY) special person's
"creative potential".  These are:

Blue arrow bullet Ego ----- or, "awareness of self"

Blue arrow bullet Instinctive Reactions (Conditioned Responses) ----- or, "preservation of self"

Blue arrow bullet Personality ---- or, "presentation of self" -- ( to others )

Blue arrow bullet Character ----- or, "the real self beneath the cloak of personality"

Blue arrow bullet Basic Intelligence ----- the ability to deal with "functional reality"?

Blue arrow bullet Intuitive Reasoning (insight) -- the ability to deal with "hypothetical reality"

Three more "commonalities of specialness" complete the "cube" -----
these are the three "internal lines" which symbolize:

Blue arrow bullet the "ability" to use one's creative potential in a positive manner to enhance
the quality of life ( based on the concept of "free will" ).

Blue arrow bullet the "ability" to use one's creative potential in a negative manner to detract
from the quality of life (based on the concept of "free will" ).

Blue arrow bullet the "ability" to be aware of one's own creative potential -- its use (or lack
thereof) -- and the results of said use.  [This "ability" is sometimes called
"apperceptivity" ----- or, less accurately, "conscience"?]

Now ----- add the "artist's touch" to this symbolic art form and a delightful little
"character" emerges  -----with a unique set of attributes which includes the
ability to "fly" -- as every Special Person has the power to do (mentally).

( Is this AHLEC ??? )   BS-RHA-320-N1.png( of course !!!!! )

One thing that needs to be said at this point concerns AHLEC's five "colors"

(not counting black and white, of course).

In creating AHLEC, it was determined there are (at least) FIVE, positive human values

which seem to be "appreciated" by Special Persons, worldwide.

(In English) these are:

Thoughtfulness -- Sharing -- Truthfulness -- Understanding -- and Respect

AHLEC's colors, which symbolize these values in the same order, are:

Blue -- Red -- Purple -- Yellow -- and Green

NOW ----- IF one takes the first letter of each of the "values", set forth above -----

T S T U R (as most will agree) spells "nothing".

But -- if one will work with these values a bit ----- the same letters can be made to spell

trust gif

(which spells "something" -- Very Special -- indeed).

Further -- being a little "magician" -- AHLEC has converted these "values" into "magic pennies"
which can be used to form a "spirit of friendliness".  And it is this "spirit" which
AHLEC is charged to carry forth to every Special Person
-- wherever he or she may be.

Thoughtfulness+R-greenpenny+++
